At Zenith Spark, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@zenithspark.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us at support@zenithspark.us with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
